Day 2

What I ate:

Breakfast: A cup of coffee

Lunch:

  • A spoon of noodle (or two )
  • A bowl of soup
  • A portion of veggies
  • A piece of chicken wing
  • Two cut of beef ribs
  • A slice of tempe
  • An egg
  • Fresh Mango Juice, no sugar
Dinner:
  • A glass of fat free yogurt
